[theano-users] Expected in flat namespace error with Ananconda Python 3.6 on macOS Sierra

Guys, I figured out what'd happened.

My Mac is not a clean one and it is recently upgraded to macOS Sierra.

It has an old command line tools.

I did an clean uninstall of the command line tool like

/Library/Developer/4.1/uninstall-devtools -mode=all

and reinstall Xcode /Command line tools and then the issue is gone.

Just wondering what is wrong with my Theano installation.
OS: macOS Sierra
Anaconda Python 3.6, version 4.4.0
After Theano is installed. I run the theano.test() and I have got the
following errors.
